Finloo is a free loan-matching platform for the Philippines. One online form goes to partner lenders for loans of up to ₱50,000 over 30 days to 12 months, with an APR of 0% to 36%. Finloo is compared with other lender platforms in Philippines and flags what the site leaves open.
Is Finloo legit?
Finloo is a functioning matching service run by a registered Estonian company, and it charges no application or brokerage fee. It is not SEC-registered as a lending company because it does not lend, so the registration to verify is that of the partner whose contract you sign.
Since Finloo does not name its partners, check the lender’s name in the SEC list of registered lending and financing companies once an offer arrives. A genuine lender never asks for a fee before releasing the loan.
Compare Finloo’s offers with named lenders and their published rates on the Philippine loans page.
Finloo vs other lenders
Finloo joins a crowded field of free comparison platforms. The table sets it against LoanOnline, Finami and Creditify, three platforms that also pass one application to several lenders.

*None of them issues the loan itself.
Finloo advertises the highest ceiling of the four, ₱50,000 against ₱25,000 at the others, and the lowest stated top rate. It also spells out its money channels: payout to GCash or a bank account, and cash repayment at Bayad Centers and 7-Eleven.
Its weak spot is transparency. LoanOnline and Finami name their partner lenders, while Finloo names none, so there is no way to check who stands behind the 0%–36% APR before you hand over your details.
Finloo APR rate
A 36% maximum APR would make Finloo unusually cheap for Philippine online loans. On ₱10,000 over 60 days, 36% a year works out to ₱10,000 × 36% × 60/365 = ₱592 in interest.
Other platforms show what partner lenders usually charge. LoanOnline’s own directory lists Honey Loan at up to 144% APR and Kviku at up to 730%, and Finami quotes a range of 4% to 916% a year. Finloo names no partners, so check the APR in the lender’s offer rather than relying on the 36% headline.
The only worked example Finloo publishes is a promotional one: ₱1,000 over 67 days at 0% APR, repaid as ₱1,000. It shows that a first loan can be interest-free, not what a regular loan costs.
What the law allows on small loans
Finloo’s emergency loans of up to ₱10,000 over 30–90 days fall under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 3 (2022), based on BSP Circular 1133. For loans of up to ₱10,000 and four months, lending companies may charge:
- At most 6% interest a month
- At most 15% a month including all fees
- A late penalty of at most 5% a month on the overdue amount
- A total cost never higher than the amount borrowed
Finloo’s stated late penalty of 3% a month sits below the 5% cap. On ₱10,000 overdue for a month, that means ₱300 on top of the instalment. Full or partial early repayment carries no penalty, according to Finloo’s FAQ.
Which loan types does Finloo offer?
Finloo splits its offers into product types, each with its own limit. The ₱50,000 figure appears only as the general maximum in the FAQ:
- 0% starter loan: promotional 30-day loans, mainly for first-time borrowers
- Emergency cash loan: up to ₱10,000, usually over 30–90 days, with payout advertised in as little as 15 minutes
- Flexible personal loan: up to ₱20,000 over 3–12 months
- Fully online loan: up to ₱20,000 with digital processing
- Pre-approved credit line: up to ₱30,000 of revolving credit
For a first application, expect an offer closer to the ₱10,000–₱20,000 product limits than to ₱50,000. Borrowers with a thin credit record may also get a smaller amount; Finloo says partners use alternative scoring based on bank and utility payments, which can help applicants looking for loans for bad credit.
Three things to check before you apply through Finloo
- The age rule conflicts. The homepage FAQ says 18 and older, but the terms and conditions require users to be at least 21. Applicants aged 18 to 20 risk being turned away after sharing their details.
- Finloo is very new. Its affiliate programme on the LeadGid network has been live only since May 2026, and there is no independent review history yet. The operator is Finelia Ltd, registered in Tallinn, Estonia.
- Support runs through Telegram and email only. Finloo lists no phone number and no Philippine office, so any problem with a loan has to go to the lender directly.
How to apply?
The form takes under five minutes, and Finloo says personalised offers appear within about two minutes, 24/7.
- Enter your personal details, the amount, the repayment period and your income.
- Review the offers from partner lenders that Finloo matches you with.
- Choose an offer, verify your identity with the lender and sign the agreement electronically.
- Receive the money in GCash or your bank account via InstaPay or PESONet.
Lenders usually ask for a PhilID, driver’s licence or passport, proof of address such as a utility bill or barangay certificate from the last three months, and recent payslips or bank statements. Some express products rely on electronic ID checks instead of income documents.
Repayment goes to the lender through GCash, InstaPay, PESONet, automatic debit or cash at Bayad Centers and 7-Eleven. The exact schedule is set in the lender’s agreement.
